Scaife Timber is led by former builder Grant Scaife. Based in Wellington, Grant has over 30 years’ experience and began collecting recycled timber as a hobby. Since then, he has developed a sense of passion for the sustainability behind recycled wood, as well as the skills to transform it into restored pieces. At Scaife timber, we have a solid working relationship with demolition companies around Wellington and NZ. This ensures that we are in an excellent position to source recycled timber from around the country. 

With nearly a decade in the industry, Scaife timber are one of NZ’s largest suppliers of recycled timber. We proudly supply a large range of New Zealand natives, such as: Kauri, Rimu, Tawa, Matai, Puriri, Miro, Totara and Australian hardwoods among other exotic timber species.
